This Privacy Policy explains how we, SupHub FZE LLC ( The products and services hereinafter referred as "SupHub" ) collect, process and use information of our users.

Personal Information is collected from you when you register with SupHub. You are required to provide your username, e-mail address, mobile number and a password while registering with SupHub website and/or our mobile application.

Your IP address is collected purely for the purpose of determining the geographic locations of visit to our website. All data in-transit is encrypted.

However, we do need some personal information from our users. We would therefore like to request that you agree to the collection and storage of your data. You can revoke your consent by providing a prior notice by sending us an e-mail to admin@suphub.net. After 60 days, we will remove any personally identifiable data we may have. If you choose to delete your account, all personal data is deleted.

This information will be kept private to SupHub and will not be disclosed to any third parties. We access this information in order to provide you an excellent user experience while using SupHub

Your Personal Information is not traded, sold, rented or used in any manner, except as specified herein, or unless express consent is sought from you, in that regard. Your Personal Information will be used for the purposes including but not limited to identifying you as a member of SupHub; for interacting with you and giving you awareness of deals, discounts, products and services which interest you.

This Privacy Policy only deals with your Personal Information shared with SupHub and we shall in no manner be liable/bound for protection of Personal Information (if any), which may be shared by you on any third party web domains. Please be very cautious before you disclose your Personal Information to others.

SupHub also collects certain other Non-personal information from you on your visit to our website and/or our mobile application such as your information about your internet service provider and your Internet Protocol (IP) Address, operating system and browser type. Please note that this information cannot be easily used to personally identify you.

This Non-personal Information will be used for the purposes including but not limited to troubleshoot connection problems, administer the website and/or our mobile application, analyze trends, gather demographic information, to ascertain how our visitors use our website and/or our mobile application, including information relating to the frequency of visits to our website and/or our mobile application, average length of visits, pages viewed during a visit, ensuring compliance with the applicable law, co-operating with law enforcement activities, etc. This information will be used to improve the website and/or our mobile application content and performance.

Please note that SupHub may gather usage statistics and usage data from your use of our website and/or our mobile application to evaluate your use of our website and/or our mobile application content and to ensure that you are complying with the terms of the applicable agreements between you and SupHub. The statistics and data collected may or may not be aggregated. These statistics contain no Personal Information or User Information that can distinctly identify you.

We will routinely update this Privacy Policy to improve our practices and to reflect new or different privacy practices, such as when we add new functionality or features to SupHub website and/or our mobile application. You can determine when this version of the Privacy Policy was adopted by referring to the "Last Updated Date" below. You are requested to kindly review the Privacy Policy, and become familiar with it.

Your use of our website and/or our mobile application indicates to us that you have read and accepted our privacy practices, as outlined in this Privacy Policy. SupHub may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. If any changes are done, this page will be updated with new Privacy Policies.

SupHub - Terms And Conditions

SupHub FZE LLC ( The product and services hereinafter referred as "SupHub" )

Please review the Terms and Conditions carefully prior to using the services of SupHub and uploading content on SupHub. When you create an account and start to use SupHub you agree with the Terms and Conditions. While uploading or accessing any page of the app, indicates that you agree to comply with and be bound by all of these T&Cs. Should you have any questions regarding these please contact us at admin@suphub.net

We may also change or modify all or any parts of our T&Cs at any time and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon their publication. You should review these regularly to ensure you are familiar with the most up to date version.

We may remove or make changes to the information, content materials and features on the app at any time without liability and without notice to you. We also reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your use or access at any time without notice if we consider that you have breached any of our T&Cs.

For the purpose of these T&Cs, “Content” means any images, pictures, photographs, videos, comments, documents, PDFs, text, numeric data, messages, chats, or any other “Content” entered into or uploaded on SupHub.

• All “Content” that you upload should be generated and created by you, you should have the intellectual property rights, necessary permissions, or copyrights to use the “Content”. You authorize to grant SupHub the license to use the “Content” across the app wherever necessary for it’s effective functioning. The “Content” does not contain intellectual trade secret, property rights, copyright or trademark material (including music) not owned by you.
• The functionality of SupHub includes sending of notifications, messages and information in multiple ways, such as RFQs, Sells, Posts, Jobs postings, internal chats and advertisements. Information and content that you share or post will be seen by all User.
• By uploading any “Content” you grant Suphub the permission to use your “Content” worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, wherever relevant for the app’s functionality.
• SupHub is not responsible for any dealings whether on or off the application between users, for RFQs, Sells, Posts, Jobs, internal chats, advertisements, or any other “Content” uploaded on the app.
• SupHub is not responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of any information and data that is uploaded by users through it’s platform, namely; RFQs, Sell, Post, Jobs, internal chats, advertisements and other information on the app
• You agree to SupHub and other SupHub users sending notifications and messages to you through our app, website, and your contact information. If your contact information is out of date, you may miss out on important notifications.
• You agree that we will provide notifications and messages to you in the following ways: (1) within the app, or (2) sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.
• SupHub cannot always prevent misuse of the app’s services, and you agree that we are not responsible for any such misuse. You also acknowledge the risk that you or your organization may be mistakenly associated with, through content uploaded by other users.
• You agree that SupHub has no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content or information that you or others provide.
• SupHub indemnifies itself of any financial or legal or other liabilities that could come about because of any user transactions carried out through it’s functionality on the platform.
• You agree to fully indemnify SupHub in respect of all royalties, fees and any other monies owing to any person by reason of any breach of these terms and conditions.
• You warrant that the “Content” does not violate the privacy or rights of any individual, does not contain material that is unlawful or in violation of local law or UAE laws and regulations, and is not likely to harass, upset, alarm or cause distress to any other person; does not contain material that is deemed by SupHub as being libelous, defamatory, slanderous, indecent, hateful, obscene including but not limited to “Content” that: discriminates on age, gender, sexuality, race, religion, ability, nationality, contains nudity, sexual activity or innuendos uses either in writing, abusive language, text or sound adult or otherwise inappropriate language, depicts violence, weapons, gang signs/ symbols, drugs or other illegal behaviour or activity, illicit substance, whether in moderation or excess.
• The “Content” is free from viruses and malware.
• You agree not to use SupHub to impersonate any person or identity; to forge or manipulate headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of any “Content” transmitted through SupHub
• You agree not to use SupHub to make available viruses or any other computer code, files, programs or content designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of SupHub or affect other users; or interfere with or disrupt SupHub or servers, systems or networks connected to SupHub in any way.
• SupHub has the right, in its sole discretion and without prior warning, to remove, disable or block any “Content” or individual/User that does not comply with these T&Cs or it deems as not otherwise aligning with our brand identity and/or values or it deems suspicious to the security of the intellectual property and functioning of the app. We also reserve the right to bring legal proceedings against any individual for a breach of the T&Cs, or take such other action as we reasonably deem appropriate.
• SupHub may contain links to ‘third party’ websites, products or services that may be posted by advertisers, our affiliates, partners or other users (“Third-Party Content”). Third party content is not under our control, and we are not responsible for any of their websites, products or services. Your use of Third Party Content is at you own discretion and risk.
• Yours and any user “Content” will appear in one or more of our pages as deemed necessary for the app’s functioning.
• You agree that you shall not access, extract, use or copy any ‘Content,’ material or information not owned by you and accessible on SupHub for any commercial purpose or for any purposes which are unlawful.
• We may, without notice, change the appearance or function of this app and reserve the right to remove it from wherever it might appear at any point.
• We will strive to maintain the accessibility and security of this app, however, we will not be held liable for any bugs, down time or errors. Our failure to enforce any of these terms does not constitute a waiver of these T&Cs.
• At times it could happen, because of operational reasons with the app’s operational environment, the app may experience downtime without prior notice. SupHub indemnifies itself of any financial or legal or other liabilities that could come about because of such events.

  • No abuse of SupHub functionality; RFQs, Sells, Posts, Job posting and internal chats.
  • To use your real name and genuine profile information
  • To use SupHub in a disciplined, ethical and professional manner.
  • NOT TO UPLOAD PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL.
  • You agree not to upload religious, political and sexual content across all functionality; namely posts.
  • To refrain from creating a false identity on SupHub, falsify your identity, create a User profile for someone other than yourself, or use or attempt to use some other Users account/
  • To not attempt to tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of SupHub or any related technology that is not open source;
  • To not track SupHub’s availability, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose;
  • To not engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of SupHub.
• Disclaimer - To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupHub disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied by statute, custom or usage relating to the information, “Content” or material contained in this app and SupHub shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise arising from this app, or from any interruption or delay in using or accessing this apps.
• Disclaimer - These T&Cs shall be governed by the local or UAE Law. To the extent permitted by law, SupHub accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to you, by using our application or for your participation in this activity. SupHub’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this activity.
• Disclaimer - SupHub will not be liable in connection with this contract for lost profits or lost business opportunities, reputation (e.g., offensive or defamatory statements), loss of data (e.g., down time or loss, use of, or changes to, your information or content) or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
